Kevin Onur Dural, MBA is an American business executive, policy strategist, and public engagement specialist. He serves as a partner at Blue Group International, where he plays a key role in developing infrastructure projects, including railroads and recycling facilities, through consortiums and public-private partnerships.
Early life
Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, Dural is the son of Turkish immigrants and was raised in a single-bedroom apartment in inner-city Chicago. His parents both became physicians, inspiring his early appreciation for education and professional excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Texas Tech University.
Policy and business career
Dural has extensive experience in public engagement and political strategy, having worked on stakeholder relations, social media campaigns, and policy initiatives, including with the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
